If you are looking for a good hands on facial (no machines doing the work!) then look no further. I had a facial and massage and so pleased with both treatments. Very friendly, warm down to earth therapists that make you feel at ease. The rooms are a good size and don't feel claustrophobic This is my go to place now locally!

My daughter and myself went today and have to say a very very welcoming experience. Real people that made us feel super comfortable unlike certain places in Kensal Rise. We were treated with utmost respect. The girls are fantastic and our nails are the best we had in years. All the locals should support this place. Real place for real people. The waxing is amazing too. Definitely coming back. Love it.

I had my armpits waxed by Anita who did a painless professional job literally in minutes using the Lycon wax. My armpit area is very sensitive so in the past when I have got my armpits waxed in other salons using hot wax my armpits became very sore and red straight after, I've even had bruises where the therapist had placed their fingers to stretch my skin etc. however coming to chants and lewis I have noticed no issues with the Lycon wax or bruises which is such a relief!!! I also had a deep tissue massage done by Anita given the whole 45mins considering I ran a bit late( I guess they do their best to still accommodate if possible) which was kind of them. Much appreciated. The massage was done very well, knotted areas worked on which I really needed. I was asked if the pressure was ok which again shows consideration to the client's needs. I was very relaxed after the massage and literally felt refreshed. After coming to Chants & Lewis I will be sticking with this salon from now on. I am happy to travel from Bethnal Green to Kensal Green. It is worth the Journey. Thanks very much for a great service! :)

What can I say?....After deliberating for 3 days( i'm new to all this girly stuff)as to what was best for me and my eyelashes. I visited the salon twice to ask for advice, I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient,friendly and professional they are....no doubt i'll be going back...might even try a facial next time Thank u Chantelle for putting me at ease (soothing music) and really knowing your stuff.❤

This place is a diamond in the rise. Had an eyebrow shape, hands down the best they've ever looked. My 16 year old daughter was so impressed she wanted hers done for the first time ever, took her along and again, they did a great job. Super friendly, lovely space, found my new favourite beauty go to.

I go here regularly and have never been disappointed. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional and I have always received the highest level of service and come out of my treatments very satisfied. They're attentive and listen to your needs, ensuring you get exactly what you asked for. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is second to none! I would highly recommend them

If you want to feel relaxed, invigorated and wonderfully treated then go to Chantelle & Lewis. My experience is always one of pure pampering; I have been having monthly facials for quite some time but tried the swedish & deep tissue massage recently which is so relaxing. The staff are so willing to please and the personal devotion of Chantelle is amazing.
